I've realised everything seem to slow down now that I've stopped working. At least now I got time to relax, play games and read some comics. Haha.

Drawing Fundamentals is pretty much an enjoyable module. The past two days, I've been sitting outdoor and doing sketches of landscapes and plants. Plus, with the school having very little people due to the holidays, it seems very peaceful. I like it.

There was this one time, it was already noon and I was near the garden in front of Design school doing some sketches of plants. The wind was breezy, the birds were chirping and the sun was nice and warm. It was so calm and relaxing that I felt like falling asleep on the grass! Haha. How I wished every module was like this.

Next up would be architectural drawing. So I'm going off to Arab Street maybe later or during the weekends to do some sketches of the buildings there. Let's hope I don't fall asleep or people will assume I'm a drawing hobo. Haha.

Dammit! I failed my circuit test. I was very confident somemore. Little did I know that I got immediate failure just as soon as I started the test, for not following instruction. Walan, damn pissed like hell man.

Anyway, I don't know why but here's a story to how the name Betty became so popular to me.

1) The song The Future Freaks Me Out by Motion City Soundtrack is about a girl called BETTY. It's also a song that got stuck in my head, so I've got to listen to the name being mentioned number of times.

2) There's this parody movie called Kung-Pow. It's a stupid show about Kung-Fu and there's this evil guy (whose real name I forgot) decided to change his name to BETTY, cos he think's its cool. Pretty dumb.

3) Then there's a show called Ugly Betty. Nothing to say about that cept the main character is called BETTY.

4) During the chalet, we were playing a game (the name of the game I forgot) about fighter planes and you got to shoot down your opponent to gain points in order to win. So there were three characters that time. Namely Maria, Nathan and you guessed it, BETTY!

Pretty freaky eh...

Oh yeah, GSE and Electrico are now in Austin, Texas for the SXSW festival. Sure must be great to know that you're being recognised by people at the States! Anyway, I'm pretty sure they're gonna rock the show and raise Singapore's music scene up a notch.
