there wasn't really anything special done to commemorate the coming of 2009, except for the fact that i tried to go against time and complete chrono cross before the end of 2008. haha.

accomplishment for 2008:

- survived 2 months of SIP

- got hold of PSP!

- got my dream bass guitar <3

- completed ffcc, ff7, ff8, ff9, dead head fred, god of war, tiberium wars

- attended and dressed up for halloween for the first time

- closer ties with friends

i believe there's alot more, but i can't seem to remember what. owell.

so i guess for me, 2008 wasn't really much a bad year, nor was it a good one. but there are times and moments i really cherish. let's just hope there will be more of that this year.

then again, with NS coming up, i just got a feeling the coming two years won't really be much of a good one. haha.

so my resolutions for 2009?

- keep fit (and probably try to grow, haha)

- thrifty

- be a nicer guy

- make my folks proud and burden free

this year's resolution are much more attainable. maybe the first one would be abit of a trouble, but i'll try. heh heh.

anyway, 2 more months and it's the end of poly years. i guess when you're 20, the world really is a serious place. NS will take 2 years of my life and by then i'll be 22. if i'm going for further studies that'll take another few years. growing older sure is pretty scary. 

it felt like as if it was yesterday i was in dunman's classroom, daydreaming during english lesson and doodling on my notes. gone were those carefree days when we think today will come in a long long time.

goes to show, time waits for no one huh. therefore, 2009 will be the year i'll take chances. i don't want to regret in the future knowing that i could have done something but i have not because i'm either too afraid or egoistic.

let's just pray for better times ahead. ^^
